    Please use the address below if your were instructed
    to and/or are sending something back for repair!

    Please attach a note or tape indicating the area in question please.

    You need to include some sort of identification so I know who sent the item (if there is not identification your unit will sit in the return pile forever!).

    So please make sure you put something in the package that identifies who and what it is.

    SHIPPING: please do not send your package SIGNATURE REQUIRED as I am not always there to sign for it doing this creates huge delays in me getting the package…sometimes I have to go fetch the package at the FedEx or post office this is not what I really like to do!!…so unless we have discussed a signature please do not send it with that option!!!

    Sender is responsible for all shipping cost related to returning the item in question.
